Architectural decisions greatly influence a building’s energy performance. Therefore, it is critical for architects to be able to carry out quick and reliable building energy performance evaluation from the earliest stage of the design process all the way to design documentation.

This session will utilize GRAPHISOFT® ArchiCAD® BIM software integrated with GRAPHISOFT EcoDesigner™ to show a demonstration that pushes the limits of BIM-integrated sustainable design technology while outlining solutions to today’s most relevant green building design issues, including:
• Creation of building energy models direct from the BIM without data loss
• Quick LEED and ASHRAE standard-compliant energy analysis of complex buildings
• Green architectural design that requires no specialized MEP engineering knowledge
