Wish your model presentations were as lively s a Kinect game? Work will seem more like play when you know how to leverage your game engines to help you bring your models to life. Join this session to learn how you can utilize game engines to create live, fully rendered and interactive presentation environments with a Revit model. We will demonstrate the process for how you can take advantage of a Kinect peripheral to create a point cloud data for existing conditions modeling using Revit 2012. If you have been looking for a way to create a more interactive method to showcase your designs to clients, or were thinking about using point clouds but felt you couldn’t afford the survey equipment, then this session is for you.
